Theory of Justice

John Rawls (1921-2002) was also one of the innovators of political liberalism. In his "Theory of Justice" (1971), he designed the model of a liberal-democratic constitutional state by combining the liberal basic idea of individual freedom with social and political justice ("justice as fairness"): According to this, individual rights, freedoms and opportunities must be equally distributed (securing the "basic goods"). Material goods and social positions can be unequally distributed (e.g. due to different opportunities to perform) if all citizens have the same chances to obtain them and advantages for all arise from the unequal distribution - https://domyhomework.club . Rawls also explored the question of how, given the great diversity of different opinions and interests in pluralistic societies, agreement among citizens on common (moral) values can be achieved: Following the ideas of the Enlightenment, citizens of the state should "make public use of their reason" (Kant) by exchanging reasonable arguments in debates in order to reach agreement on issues of the public good.

Economic neoliberalism (20th century)

Economic neoliberalism in the 20th century emerged as a reaction to the historical experiences and negative consequences of capitalist economic development in modern industrial societies of the 19th century - social studies homework helper  (economic crises, capital concentration, "social question").

Market-controlling economic liberalism - law assignment help - builds on the assumption that the crisis-like phenomena of capitalist economic development and the resulting inequalities are a logical consequence of the free market left to its own devices. The state should therefore take on an active task of shaping the market (creating a level playing field and equal opportunities, preventing monopolies).
